Fleet & Commercial Windshield Service in Buffalo — Built for Trades and Delivery
If you run 5 or more vehicles for your business in WNY, glass damage is not an occasional thing — it's a monthly thing. Construction debris on the 290, gravel kicked off subcontractor trucks, parking-lot scrapes, road salt year-round. You don't have time to call around for quotes every time a driver puts a chip in a windshield.
That's why we run a dedicated fleet program. NET-30 invoicing, bulk pricing, scheduled rotating service, one phone number, and one person on the other end who knows your account.
Who This Is For
Our fleet program is built for Buffalo-area businesses running 5+ vehicles. Typical accounts look like:
- HVAC companies — service vans driving between residential and commercial all day, parking in driveways and lots, picking up chips from gravel
- Plumbing and electrical contractors — same pattern, mostly vans and crew cabs
- Landscapers and tree services — trucks with heavy debris exposure, often working close to road shoulders
- Roofing and siding companies — pickup trucks plus crew vans, heavy job-site debris
- General contractors — mixed fleet, often including box trucks and dump trucks
- Couriers and delivery — Amazon DSPs, FedEx Ground contractors, local food/parts couriers, high-mileage daily-driver fleets
- Rental and equipment companies — vehicles in and out of customer hands, damage happens
- Municipal and utility fleets — town public works, code enforcement, utility crews
- Driving schools and shuttle services — high-mileage, customer-facing, need to look clean
If you're running 5+ vehicles in any of these categories, we want your business.
How Fleet Pricing Works
We don't post a single fleet rate because the right number depends on volume, vehicle mix, and how much is repair vs. replacement. But here's the structure:
- Repair (chips and short cracks) — volume-discounted from retail
- Replacement — discounted from retail per job, based on monthly volume
- Calibration — included in the replacement price when needed, not a surprise add-on
- NO trip charges for any of our 18 service-area suburbs
- NO emergency or after-hours surcharge during normal business hours
What this means in practice: a typical mid-size fleet (10–15 vehicles) averages 2–4 chip repairs per month plus the occasional replacement per quarter. At fleet pricing, that's a known monthly number you can budget against. Text us the fleet size and vehicle mix — we'll give you fleet pricing in under 60 seconds.
NET-30 Invoicing and Paperwork
Everything is set up for the way real businesses pay vendors:
- NET-30 invoicing standard on all fleet accounts (after first job paid)
- Itemized invoices with vehicle ID, VIN, date, work description, glass type, price — exactly what your bookkeeper or fleet manager needs to file
- Monthly statements if you want a single document covering all month's work
- Digital + paper — emailed PDF and physical copy if you want it
- W-9 on file at first job, no chasing tax paperwork at year-end
- Branded receipts if your fleet records require a specific format — we'll match it
If your insurance company is involved (commercial comp claims), ask us about insurance billing — we'll walk you through how it works for your specific carrier, and you'll get a copy of every invoice for your records.
Scheduled Rotating Service
For fleets with regular damage patterns (which is most of them), we set up a scheduled service rotation. Once a month or once a quarter, we come to your yard, inspect every vehicle, repair every chip we find, and quote any replacements that have crossed the line.
This is the single biggest cost-saver we offer fleet customers. Most replacements start as repairable chips. Repair caught early costs a fraction of replacement caught late. A 15-vehicle fleet on quarterly inspection typically saves 60–70% on annual glass spend compared to a reactive call-when-it-cracks approach.
We can schedule:
- Weekly drop-ins — for very large fleets (50+ vehicles)
- Monthly inspections — for 15–50 vehicle fleets, most common
- Quarterly inspections — for 5–15 vehicle fleets
We work around your yard schedule. Early mornings before crews dispatch, evenings after they're back, weekends if that's what works.
One Point of Contact
You get Sonny direct at (716) 548-2683. Not a call center, not a ticketing system, not a chat bot. The owner of the business is the same person who picks up the phone, runs your account, and shows up on site.
For larger accounts we can add a secondary contact for scheduling-only purposes, but pricing and service decisions go through Sonny. That's how we keep the quality consistent and the pricing honest.
Mobile and On-Site Standard
All fleet work is mobile by default. We come to your yard, your office, or your job site. Conditions matter (dry, ≥40°F, level surface for replacements — see mobile replacement for the full conditions list), but most of WNY's fleet work happens at customer locations.
If you have a fleet yard with covered or indoor space, that opens up year-round mobile service even through Buffalo winters. We'll come in, do the work, leave you with a clean invoice.
Repair First — Same Rule, Same Reason
The repair-first principle applies double to fleets. Every chip you repair early is a replacement you don't have to pay for three months later — and replacement costs many times what repair does. This is the math that makes a real fleet program work, and it's why we push the inspection rotation hard.
When we do find damage that needs replacement, we'll quote it on the spot, schedule it for when the vehicle can be down (most fleets prefer evenings or weekends), and bill it NET-30 with everything else.
Geography
Our 18 service-area suburbs cover essentially every business address in metro Buffalo:
Buffalo, Cheektowaga, West Seneca, Williamsville, Amherst, Tonawanda, Kenmore, Lackawanna, Orchard Park, Hamburg, Lancaster, Depew, Clarence, East Aurora, Grand Island, North Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Lockport.
For fleets with multi-yard operations or routes that extend beyond these zones, we can usually accommodate — just call and ask.
How to Start a Fleet Account
Two calls. First call: tell us how many vehicles, what kind, where they're based, and how much glass damage you typically see. We'll give you a fleet pricing structure on the spot. Second call (when you're ready): schedule the first inspection or the first job. W-9 and NET-30 paperwork happens at the first invoice — nothing complicated, nothing slow.
Most fleet accounts go from first call to scheduled service inside a week.
Bottom Line
If you're running 5+ vehicles in WNY and you don't have a fleet glass account set up, you're paying retail for work that should be at fleet rates, and you're probably paying for replacements that should have been caught as chips. We fix both problems.
Send a photo first to (716) 548-2683 — we'll give you an honest quote in under 60 seconds.
